ABERHONDDU - Hoodie
Aberhonddu, the county town of Brycheiniog and the gateway to Bannau Brycheiniog... Brycheiniog was the kingdom of Brychan who founded it. The English name is actually a bastardization of the Welsh, Brycheiniog became Brecknok and Brecon (Brychan). So the English name came into being because the English couldn't be bothered learning the Welsh pronunciation.
