Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major bank and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Q. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL-secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Q. CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

As all of our items are printed individually to order, we can only provide returns under certain circumstances: if your item is faulty, has the wrong design or isn't in the colour expected, we will sort an exchange or refund. If the item received is the wrong size, yes most of us think we're a Large when in fact we're a 3XL, and you ask nicely we will look kindly on your request and sort out an exchange.

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
All of our items are printed to order; once printed, packed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. We will, however, endeavour to make changes on your behalf, or cancel if the item hasn't yet gone into production.

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All of our items are printed to order; this usually takes around 5 working days after the order is placed, but it can sometimes take longer. Once printed, the delivery time is then based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information the next day, as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Q. CAN I USE SEVERAL DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
