JONES "RED" - T-Shirt

There are more Joneses in Wales than any other surname. It's the third most popular in England and the fifth in the US. It exists because there's no J in the Welsh alphabet, so people with the surname Ap Siôn had their surnames anglicised into Jones.

Jones is also used as a verb to describe compulsive or addictive behaviour… "Keith was jonesing for some coke again." It comes from Jones Alley in Manhattan, a location associated with drug dealing.
