HTV Cymru Wales - Mug

Easy bought, easy delivered and most importantly happily received by an ex long term HTV employee.

Ordered an HTV mug, instead received a different one with a boat on it which wasn't interested in. I then emailed to complain and they did responded very quickly and explained that they would send out the correct one asap. But nothing hasn't come. Very disappointed 😞
