The M4 Prince of Wales Bridge, formerly known as the Second Severn Crossing, is a cable-stayed bridge connecting England and Wales across the River Severn. It was opened in 1996 to supplement the capacity of the existing Severn Bridge. In 2018, the Prince of Wales Bridge was officially renamed in honour of the then Prince Charles
