In our Welsh Ladybird-style retelling of The Magic Porridge Pot, Doreen Jones of Trimsaran buys a magic cawl pot from a wizard in a pub in 1953. What could possibly go wrong? One unstoppable pot and a village-wide flood later, the answer is quite a lot.
Legend has it that remnants of the cawl were still being uncovered decades later during the construction of Ffos Las racecourse. A cautionary tale about pub purchases, generous portions, and knowing when to stop cooking.
