BANNAU BRYCHEINIOG - T-Shirt "design front & back"
BANNAU BRYCHEINIOG — Because the mountains were Welsh before the tourists arrived.
The name Bannau Brycheiniog was first recorded in the sixteenth century — a mere 300 years before the English “Brecon Beacons” made an appearance. So, not exactly a recent rebrand.
A glorious landscape of mountains, waterfalls, sheep, sideways rain, and people discovering halfway up Pen y Fan that £12 trainers from Primark weren’t designed for mountaineering.
The perfect t-shirt to wear when visiting one of the 40-odd shops in Brecon who are upset by it being called Bannau Brycheiniog. Front and back design — because one side of Welsh pride is never enough.
Bannau Brycheiniog. Older than the Brecon Beacons. By about three centuries.
