For centuries, Aberffraw was the seat of the Princes of Gwynedd — the most powerful rulers in Wales. Llywelyn the Great held court here. The last native Prince of Wales, Llywelyn ap Gruffudd, traced his lineage to this place.
Today it’s a small coastal village on the west coast of Ynys Môn. The dunes are excellent. The history is extraordinary.
