Corona was a brand of carbonated soft drinks produced by Thomas & Evans Ltd in South Wales, distributed across the United Kingdom. Founded by grocers William Thomas and William Evans in Porth, Rhondda, the company grew to 87 depots and factories throughout Britain.
If you grew up in Wales, you remember the Corona lorry. You remember the bottles. You remember the flavours. And you remember that nothing — nothing — hit quite like a cold Corona on a summer's day.
